Welcome to Warranties.Autos (the “Site”), operated by Loman Ventures, LLC doing business as Warranties Autos (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including submitting quote requests for Factory OEM and premium extended warranties.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Nature of Our Service

  • The Site provides a referral service only. We facilitate connections between users and dealerships or warranty providers in our network for Factory OEM warranties and premium third-party extended warranties (including plans from National Auto Care).
  • We do not sell, issue, underwrite, administer, or service protection plans. All plans are issued, serviced, and governed solely by the respective dealerships or warranty providers.
  • We are not an insurance company, broker, or financial institution. We do not provide advice, recommendations, or guarantees regarding coverage, pricing, eligibility, or suitability of any plan.

2. Quote Request Process

  • By submitting a quote request (including your VIN, contact information, or vehicle details), you authorize us to verify your vehicle information via the official NHTSA database and forward your details to one or more dealerships or warranty providers in our network.
  • All post-submission communication, negotiations, plan customization, payments, contract issuance, and servicing occur directly between you and the dealership or warranty provider.
  • Payments are processed exclusively through the dealership or warranty provider’s secure portal. We do not receive, handle, or store payment information.

3. No Warranties or Guarantees

  • All information on the Site (including pricing examples, coverage details, or benefits) is provided “as is” and for general informational purposes only.
  • We make no representations or warranties regarding:
    • The availability, terms, pricing, discounts, or approval of any plan.
    • The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any quoted information.
    • The performance, coverage, or claims handling of any plan.
  • Discounts are offered through our network and may vary based on vehicle, plan, location, eligibility, and provider discretion. We do not guarantee any specific savings.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate, current information when submitting a quote request.
  • You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, or to impersonate others.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding any plan’s terms, conditions, exclusions, limitations, and costs directly from the dealership or warranty provider.

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide only a referral service connecting you with dealerships and warranty providers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or issues arising from your use of the Site or any transactions, quotes, coverage, or services provided by third parties.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your submissions, or your interactions with referred dealerships or providers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, logos, graphics) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it without permission.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Waukesha County, Wisconsin.
