What makes these protection plans different than a manufacturer’s limited warranty?
“Warranty,” “Vehicle Service Contract,” and “Protection Plan” are often used interchangeably, but they refer to different types of coverage. A manufacturer’s limited warranty covers specified repairs for defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period. Our OEM and Premium extended warranties provide additional coverage on top of (or after) the manufacturer’s warranty for your vehicle’s engine, transmission, and many other components.
Can I purchase a protection plan on top of my manufacturer’s limited warranty?
Yes. You can add extended coverage on top of your existing manufacturer’s warranty. The plans run concurrently with any remaining factory warranty. We can provide quotes for OEM and Premium extended warranties to fit your needs.
How do I know which protection plan is right for me?
We offer OEM plans for your Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac, Jeep, Ram, Dodge, and Chrysler vehicles, as well as premium third-party extended warranties from National Auto Care for other manufacturers. Choose the level (Powertrain, Enhanced, or Comprehensive), deductible, and term that best fits your driving habits and budget. Request a quote for personalized recommendations.
Is it too late to purchase a protection plan?
No. You can purchase an plan even after the original vehicle purchase, as long as the vehicle is still within the manufacturer’s limited warranty period (typically at least 1,000 miles or 30 days remaining). Or, you can purchase a Premium extended warranty if your factory warranty has expired. Contact us for current availability, pricing, and terms.
